**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with the company's goals and objectives
- Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and interviews
- Develop and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies and job boards
- Manage employee relations, including disciplinary actions and conflict resolution
- Develop and implement employee engagement strategies to improve employee satisfaction and retention
- Develop and deliver training programs for employees to enhance their skills and knowledge
- Ensure compliance with all HR-related regulations and laws
- Manage the performance evaluation process and provide guidance and support to managers and employees
- Develop and manage the HR budget
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and reports

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in HR management
- Strong knowledge of HR-related regulations and laws
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Experience with HR software and systems
