**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement HR Policies and procedures that align with the company's goals and objectives.
- Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screenings, and interviews.
- Develop and maintain relations with recruitment agencies and job boards.
- Manage employee relations, including disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
- Develop and implement employee engagement strategies to improve employee satisfaction and retention.
- Develop and deliver training programs for employees to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Ensure compliance with all HR related regulations and laws.
- Manage the performance evaluation process and provide guidance and support to managers and employees.
- Develop and manage the HR budget.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and report.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or a related field.
- 5+ years’ experience in HR management.
- Strong knowledge of HR related regulations and laws.
- Excellence communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as a part of the team.
- Strong problem solving and decision making skills.
- Experience with HR software and systems.

**Salary**: $40,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
