**About the Opportunity**

We’re looking for an experienced **Practice Manager (Centre Leader)** to join our team in **Woden**, where you’ll take charge of daily operations and inspire a passionate team to deliver outstanding patient care.

Reporting to the **Regional Business Leader**, you’ll be the go-to person for team performance, patient satisfaction, and commercial outcomes — all while enjoying the support of a collaborative leadership group.

**What You’ll Love**
- **Permanent full-time role with a 9-day fortnight**
- Lead a **modern 6-chair practice** offering a diverse range of treatments
- Be part of a **skilled, high-performing team** including Dentists and Specialists
- Convenient location in Woden with strong community connection

️ **Your Day-to-Day**
- Manage clinical operations and the patient journey
- Oversee rostering, budgets and operational KPIs
- Lead, coach and support Dental Assistants and Front Office teams
- Maintain compliance, clinical standards and team engagement
- Build strong relationships with Dentists, patients and local partners

**About You**
- Strong leadership experience in retail, healthcare, hospitality or dental
- Skilled in team coaching, business operations and performance management
- Excellent communication and problem-solving ability
- Dental or medical experience is desirable, but not essential
- Passionate about people, patients and building a positive culture
