**What you’ll do?**
This is a newly created role which provides an exciting opportunity to make it your own. Working closely with the National Facilities Manager, you will lead the facilities function across Victoria to ensure we provide an exceptional guest experience.
- Working closely with the National Facilities Manager and operations team you will develop the state plan for facilities for both hard and soft services
- Partnering closely with contractors ensuring that they are meeting service level agreements, identify opportunities for improvement and ensure they are providing the most cost effective solutions
- Challenge the status quo to foster a culture of continuous improvement for the service and integration of Facilities Management
- Contribute to reporting of R&M expenditure including effective cost and P&L management
- Deliver cost savings to the business by identify opportunities to reduce expenditure
- You will be accountable for implementing and evaluating safe work practices
**What we’re looking for in you?**
- 3-5 years experience in facilities management in a similar industry - multi-site, hospitality, QSR and/or retail
- Excellent communication and written skills with the ability to develop strong relationships internally and externally
- Proven experience in budget management and analysing financials to identify cost savings
- You’ll be able to manage conflicting priorities and juggle a variety of stakeholders
- Love thinking outside the box to resolve challenging issues
- You thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy being hands-on in the role
