In this once of a lifetime opportunity, you will oversee the day to day performance of the Sales Department and be responsible for developing a strong and successful sales team whilst providing unique customer experiences both day to day and at our incredible vehicle events and functions.

As the proud sales leaders, you will provide vehicle expertise, direction and development to the sales team, ensuring results are met with an exceptional level of service throughout the entire sales process.

You will foster a collaborative and customer-focused sales environment and ensure monthly sales budgets, targets and KPI objectives are surpassed.

**More About the Role**:

- Leadership, mentoring and training to a professional sales team.
- Conduct daily and weekly sales meetings with end of day reporting to management.
- Manage and review sales team with regards to monthly sales targets.
- Measure KPI’s in accordance with objectives.
- Identify and prospect new retail customers from within our existing client base.
- Be involved in all aspects of the sales process from prospect enquiry and lead distribution, to desking, negotiation, sales and delivery.
- Working closely with the Operations Manager, acquire, prepare, maintain and monitor vehicle inventory, to ensure the model mix meets the requirements of customers.
- Ensure focus on 45 day stock holding to maximise inventory turns.
- Display vehicle inventory to its best advantage, ensuring all cars are up to the required standard.
- Maintain and monitor advertised vehicles online.
- Value vehicle trades and work with internal departments.
- Handle customer objectives and concerns.
- Oversee customer vehicle events and functions.
- Proudly represent the Dutton Garage brand and it's incredible history.

**Qualifications**:
Ideally you will have 10 years previous experience in Automotive Sales / Sales Management with the appropriate attitude and skill set, coupled with expertise in classic and luxury vehicles.

**About You**:

- Previous Automotive Sales experience essential with a proven background in sales and leadership skills.
- Strong understanding of the luxury automotive industry.
- Proven ability to manage / lead a team.
- Ability to meet and exceed budgets, targets and KPI’s internally.
- Exceptional time management.
- Sound administration, compliance and reporting skills sufficient to oversee a sales team.
- Ability to sell & deliver your own personal sales.
- Experience in the professional display of luxury vehicles.
- High degree of professionalism and integrity.
- Confident, mature and well presented.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken are essential.
- Meticulously organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excel at customer service, maximise customer satisfaction, retention and loyalty.
- Full Driving Licence.
