Our office is located in North Strathfield, only a 5-minute walk from the train station. The team here is a group of skilled, open, and dynamic individuals who work cross-team to solve complicated problems and challenges in this industry disruptive business. We all work extremely hard to ensure our customers have a great experience but we also make sure that we enjoy working here together by organizing lunches and events for the team to enjoy and celebrate our successes

**About You**

You’re looking for a

If you have little or no experience in Real Estate, we will teach you everything you need to know from the ground up. Our systems are
**_easy to learn_** and implement, plus you’ll be
**_mentored _**every step of the way by those who understand you. We have a proven track record of taking new recruits and helping them all the way into senior roles.

**_improve_** your sales conversions,
**_expand_** your understanding of the projects and developments industry and manage a team of professional agents just like you.

You will actively manage calling activities to ensure same day service, completing call and quality monitoring, and ensuring all regulatory requirements are observed.
