Swimart North Strathfield is part of a large network of pool stores who specialise in maintaining and servicing pools. We supply chemicals and provide expert service and advice to help with any of our customers needs in-store or by the poolside.

We are currently hiring Casual shop assistants at Swimart North Strathfield. We specialise in premium pool care by providing expert knowledge in pool chemistry and equipment knowledge, in addition to our top of the industry customer experience while in the store, as well as pre and post engagement services.

**Your main duties will include**:
Water testing and balancing Assisting customers with chemical knowledge Providing advice on water treatment and problem solving pool maintenance issues Chemical and equipment sales Researching spare parts Reception duties such as taking bookings and payments General shop duties such as stocking and cleaning

Critical thinking skills Excellent customer service and communications skills Excellent phone manners Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks Ability to follow up on and follow through on tasks Physical fitness Computer literacy Able to follow policies and procedures Able to commit to the role for at least 2 years

**Bonus skills**:
Being multilingual (Mandarin and Korean speakers mainly due to area demographics but others are also welcome) Technical/Mechanical/Electrical skills Prior pool knowledge (maintenance, chemistry, equipment repairs)

All training required to do the job will be provided with ongoing and online training resources available.

**Job Types**: Permanent, Casual

**Salary**: $30.00 per hour
