**Role Overview**

We’re looking for an energetic, community-driven Catering Sales Associate to help us grow our catering business. This role is perfect for someone who loves connecting with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is passionate about health, wellness, and great food. You’ll be responsible for driving catering sales by engaging local businesses, schools, and community groups, managing inbound catering enquiries, and ensuring every catering experience reflects our world-class Purgreens standards.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Build “Catering Ways of Working” with Founder
- Identify platform to drive and manage leads over time
- Identify, engage, and build relationships with local businesses, schools, and organisations to generate new catering leads.
- Manage inbound catering enquiries and convert them into confirmed orders.
- Coordinate catering logistics with the kitchen team to ensure seamless execution and timely delivery.
- Prepare and present catering proposals that align with client needs and budgets.
- Maintain accurate sales records and track performance against targets.
- Follow up with clients post-event to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.

**About You**
- Passionate about food, health, and community.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities.
- Prior sales, hospitality, or catering experience (preferred but not essential).
- Must be available to work flexible hours as required for catering events.

**Key Performance Indicators**
- Deliver $3,500 in catering sales per week
- Deliver X% return customer orders per quarter (to be determined with Founder)
- Drive 10 new leads per week

**Job Type**: Fixed term
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: $30,000.00 per year
