We are seeking a highly organised and experienced** Property Project Co-ordinator **to join our driven and successful Property Team based in our National Support Centre in Gillman, Adelaide.

Reporting to the Head of Property, the **Property Project Co-ordinator** will be responsible for the delivery of multiple projects of various scale and scope which include, new stores, relocations, refurbishments, and de-fits. From concept to completion, you will manage fit out related projects, co-ordinate works with all stakeholders, be highly organised in delivering projects on time and within budget of the Spendless property portfolio.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide input on site selection from a design and construction viewpoint and to evaluate possible sites and opportunities
- Project Manage the design and construction process, always liaising with the Designer and Shopfitters
- Coordinate the delivery of store development projects with Centre Management
- Present design options internally and liaise with management
- Deliver a full brief of requirements on each project
- Update the fit-out programme as required
- Management of major maintenance works
- Ensure budget is maintained and projects fall within budget guidelines
- Build effective relationships and have strong communications lines with all stakeholders

**To be successful you will have**:

- A relevant Tertiary qualification in Architecture/ Project Management (not essential, but preferred)
- Previous experience in Project Management
- Strong planning and organisational skills
- Understanding of the retail construction environment
- The ability to forward plan and be highly organised with acute attention to detail
- The ability to work positively and effectively as part of a team as well as autonomously
- Knowledge of relevant health & safety legislation
- A positive, can-do attitude
- Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
- Professional communication skills to represent our brand in all day-to-day communications both internally and externally
