**Requirements**:

- Must be 18 or older
- Australian Business Number (ABN)
- Valid driver’s licence and own vehicle (car or motorcycle)
- iPhone or iPad with camera and active data plan
- Experience in property management or rental inspections preferred
- Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
- Comfortable working independently and travelling between jobs

**Key Responsibilities**
- Attend scheduled rental inspections
- Capture clear, high-quality photos of the property’s condition using your iPhone or iPad
- Provide accurate visual records and brief notes of the property’s state and features
