Are you an experienced building asset inspector with at least 5 years of experience within the built environment. You have a keen eye for detail and understand both building internal and external components. You will have conducted similar inspections in precious roles, collecting information and data on the condition of various buildings and their components using tablet devices.

Our clients include Community Housing, Hospitals, Aged Care, Local, State and Federal Government, Tertiary Education and Commercial sectors.

We're seeking a dedicated Building AssetInspectorto join our Sydney-based team. In this role, you will conduct physical inspections of assets across sites and facilities for our clients. You will conduct these inspections using our own proprietary software to capture photographs, room measurements, assess component condition and other data as directed. The role is based in Sydney, but may require regional travel for projects within NSW and throughout Australia.

Ideally you will have:

· A strong knowledge of internal and external building fabrics

· Experience with building inspections, condition and defects assessments

· An understanding and knowledge of fixed plant and equipment

· The ability to work autonomously in the field

· A sound understanding and competence  in using data capture devices, iPad and cameras
