We are a property inspection service operating across major Australian cities, serving renters and buyers from afar.

Role Description

The Property Inspector Contractor role involves conducting visual property inspections and documenting findings (taking photos, videos, and answering questions about the property). This is a Casual role with shifts depending on job availability, and payment is made per inspection done.

Ideally, we are looking for contractors that can cover the following areas: Sydney Northwest, North, and Eastern Suburbs. We also welcome applicants who are willing to commute around different Sydney's areas.

Requirements

  • Able to take photos and videos with decent angles
  • Usually available to take jobs during weekdays and Saturdays
  • Ability to work independently and take responsibility for accurate and timely reporting
  • Has car is a plus (but not required)
