**Job Description**:
As one of our Sydney based Building and Pest Inspectors working within a genuinely supportive team, this role will see you:

- liaise with internal teams and clients for the completion of scheduled inspections, proactively managing your time and travelling between sites
- complete pre-purchase building, pest, dilapidation, depreciation, construction stage inspections and drug residue testing onsite
- be a voice for the customer, providing an exceptional level of service and care

**About You**
- have completed Pest Control Certificate with Units 8 & 10 for inspecting and reporting on Termite & Timber Pests (or be willing to complete this)
- hold a current Drivers Licence and your own transport
- demonstrate taking pride in your presentation, having a proactive attitude and an eye for detail
- have excellent communication skills with proven customer service experience
- be able to work in a team and autonomously.
