- Due to exciting internal movements, we are looking for an experienced Remuneration & Benefits Advisor to join our People and Culture Team in our corporate office in Subiaco on a 12-months maximum term contract. Reporting to the Senior Remuneration & Benefits Advisor, this role is responsible for ensuring that our remuneration and benefits framework support our ambitions and strategic objectives.

**Here’s what awaits you**:

- Provide services in all areas of Remuneration & Benefit including remuneration, market analysis, variable pay, benefits planning and vendor relationship management.
- Support Remuneration & Benefit processes including the Annual Remuneration Review, Incentive programs (cash bonuses and performance rights) and Benefit reviews.
- Provide advice to leaders on Remuneration & Benefit related matters.
- Support Remuneration & Benefit projects and activities as required.
- Conduct research and analysis to support strategic remuneration and benefits policies to ensure they remain industry competitive.

**To thrive in this role, you’ll need**:
**Experience**: Demonstrated experience in a similar role, preferably within mining or resources industry. Proven advanced numeracy, data analytics and well-developed MS Excel skills. Understanding of SAP SuccessFactors would be advantageous.

**Qualifications**: Tertiary qualification in Human Resources Management, Finance or equivalent experience, coupled with current Australian C - Class Drivers licence.
