We’re looking for a **Ticketing Coordinator** to join our team at **Australian Venue Co.** This role is all about keeping ticketing operations smooth, ensuring best practices, and working closely with internal and external stakeholders to deliver top-tier event experiences.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Execute **ticketing builds** in a timely and efficient manner.
- Set up ticketing with **best practice strategies** to maximize event success.
- Provide **administrative support** for the AVC Entertainment Department.
- Coordinate **marketing requirements** between AVC and Oztix.
- **Liaise with key stakeholders**, including venues, agents, and promoters.
- Train and support AVC staff on ticketing platforms and processes.
- Maintain accurate event and ticketing records, including sales tracking & reporting.

**What you need to succeed**:

- **Minimum 2 years’ experience** in ticketing or a venue-based entertainment role.
- **Hospitality experience preferred** but not essential.
- **Exceptional organization & attention to detail** - ticketing setups must be flawless
- **Ability to work under pressure** and keep up in a fast-paced environment.
- **Strong communication & stakeholder management skills.**
