We have an exciting newly created opportunity within Global Retail Brands, Australia's premier specialty kitchenware & homewares retailer, boasting a vast network of over 300 stores nationwide and over 300 locations globally.

About the role:

Reporting to the Senior Category Manager, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Merchandise Coordinator to facilitate seamless communication between the Support Office and Myer stores. This role plays a key part in managing promotional activity, overseeing promotion changeovers, and ensuring the accuracy of pricing, ticketing, and visual merchandising.

Key responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for stores, managing queries related to tickets, pricing, and general inquiries.
• Oversee and maintain pricing catalogs for both physical stores and online platforms.
• Compile and distribute departmental SSPs for each promotion, including pricing details, tickets, callouts, and visual merchandising guidelines.
• Develop promotional tickets and collaborate with the Marketing team to ensure all required callouts are addressed.
• Work closely with the Visual Merchandising (VM) team to ensure accurate ticketing is incorporated into VM documents for each promotion

About you:

• 1-2 years in a similar role (Within Retail - Highly Advantageous)
• Excellent Multi-Tasker, with the ability to work in a high pressure, fast paced environment
• Excellent excel and computer skills required
• Highly organized and punctual
• Efficient in coordinating between multiple departments to achieve critical path dates with the end goal delivering promotions to our stores

These full-time positions offers the opportunity for a passionate and Merchandise Coordinator to join a fast-paced, highly dynamic planning team and environment and to help support and contribute towards the growth of Global Retail Brands. This is a very exciting time to join the company as you will be part of a large, experienced and super-fun team, working 5 days in the office on St Kilda Road with access to lots of public transport, cafes near by and with dogs in the office – this is a role not to be missed
