**Your New Role**:
As a leader in our organisation, you will uphold a culture of excellence customer service and best practices. Your ability to inspire and lead our exceptional club staff, fostering positive and collaborative relationships, will be key to your success. We expect you to champion a customer first mindset and prioritise safety and teamwork. To be considered for this role you will be an experienced manager with experience in commercial/business and contract management. Your passion for gymnastics, gym and fitness or similar is also a key to success. We’re committed to fostering a supportive, respectful, and positive atmosphere where everyone is welcome. **About You**:
- A Leader who will embrace our strong team ethic, and be guided by PCYC Queensland values: Respect, Leadership, Commitment, Passion, and Teamwork.
- Extensive experience in a similar role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to implement and manage change in a clear, logical manger.
- Proven track record of managing a multi-disciplinary team and providing leadership.
- Previous experience working in the Not-For-Profit Sector is desirable.
- Qualifications in gym and fitness and or Gymnastics are desirable.
