Are you an established Accounts Payable Officer ready to accelerate your career in the fast-paced world of automotive finance? Join our dynamic Victoria Finance Team in Doncaster and work with one of Australia’s premier prestige automotive groups

What your day might look like:

- Processing invoices through an automated workflow OCR system
- Reconciling supplier statements
- Preparing daily EFT payments
- Reconciling and clearing internal accounts
- Liaising with internal and external customers
- Effective management of the AP inbox
- Internal Year End reports
- Ad hoc and other admin duties

What we’re looking for:

- Minimum of 2-year Accounts Payable experience
- Highly developed organisational and communication skills
- Intermediate to Advanced computer skills with MS Excel, Office, accounting software and databases
- To be able to meet strict deadlines and to be able to multi-task
- Pleasant phone manner
- High level of accuracy and strong attention to detail
- The ability to prioritise your workload
- Experience in the Motor Vehicle industry would be advantageous
