**About the role**
An exciting opportunity exists within the Financial Services unit for an experienced Valuations Project Officer to join our team in a casual capacity. You will be a self-motivated person with highly developed time management skills and demonstrated analytical skills.

**Key Responsibilities include**:

- Undertake valuations of Council Assets for annual reporting and insurance purposes and to assist in the completion of other valuations and related property duties
- Liaise with Council’s Financial Accounting and Risk Teams
- Liaise with External Auditors where required.

**Skills and experience**
- A relevant degree or diploma qualification
- Registration as a Certified Practicing Valuer
- Substantial practical valuations experience within local government required
- Membership of the Australian Property Institute
