Are you an established Accounts Payable Officer ready to accelerate your career in the fast-paced world of automotive finance? Join our dynamic Victoria Finance Team in Doncaster and work with one of Australia's premier prestige automotive groups

What your day might look like:

    • Processing invoices through an automated workflow OCR system
  • Reconciling supplier statements
  • Preparing daily EFT payments
  • Reconciling and clearing internal accounts
  • Liaising with internal and external customers
  • Effective management of the AP inbox
  • Internal Year End reports
  • Ad hoc and other admin duties

What we're looking for:

    • Minimum of 2-year Accounts Payable experience
  • Highly developed organisational and communication skills
  • Intermediate to Advanced computer skills with MS Excel, Office, accounting software and databases
  • To be able to meet strict deadlines and to be able to multi-task
  • Pleasant phone manner
  • High level of accuracy and strong attention to detail
  • The ability to prioritise your workload
  • Experience in the Motor Vehicle industry would be advantageous
