We are seeking an experienced Individual Giving Coordinator to join a fantastic organisation that supports those struggling with homelessness, addiction, mental health, financial or domestic challenges.

**Your Day to Day**:

- Manage existing and new direct marketing campaigns
- Project manage the appeals program to ensure timelines for each campaign are executed on time and internal and external stakeholders are informed of deadlines.
- Analyse, track, report, and measure campaign success
- Manage external relationships with fundraising agencies/suppliers
- Large focus on donor retention

**Who you are**:

- Proven experience in a not-for-profit organisation
- Experience in developing direct marketing campaigns from inception to implementation
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Proven experience in campaign management and demonstrated ability to manage various campaigns simultaneously
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to multitask
