How You Can Make a Difference**- We’re looking for an Individual Giving Officer to coordinate the day-to-day operations of our Regular Giving program. This role is key to driving income growth and supporting acquisition and retention strategies across channels such as Face-to-Face, telemarketing, direct mail, and digital.- This role is being offered on a maximum-term full-time contract until 30 June 2026. You will have the opportunity to work flexibly, blending your time between home and our offices in either Sydney or Melbourne.-

What You'll Be Doing**-
- Support the delivery of acquisition, conversion, retention, upgrade, and reactivation campaigns.
- Manage relationships with suppliers and ensure compliance with contracts.
- Assist with donor care, including welcome packs, impact reports, and end-of-year statements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to maintain accurate data and troubleshoot issues.
- Track campaign performance and produce regular reports.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and donor retention strategies.

What You'll Bring**-
- Previous experience in a fundraising role (especially working on a F2F program or in supporter relations) will be highly regarded.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
- Proficiency with CRM systems (Raiser’s Edge an advantage) and MS Office.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience in project or campaign management (preferred).
- Knowledge of fundraising principles and nonprofit sector (preferred).
