**About the company**

Working with a leading Aged care provider in Melbourne’s suburb of Heidleberg, this is a part time, temporary position with potential for permanent with a well known, reputable brand. Reporting to the admin manager.

**Responsibilities**:

- Checking visitors in to site
- Data entry
- Assist rostering team when required
- Organising meetings rooms
- Coordinating training
- Coordinate tours
- Maintain office supplies
- Other adhoc admin duties

**Key Selection Criteria**:

- Exceptional communication skills - written and verbal, high level stakeholder engagement
- Experience in managing high value commercial relationships
- High level analytical and evaluation skills
- Tech Savvy
- Strong problem solving, negotiation and solution focused mindset
- Previous receptionist experience, ideally medical reception
- Must have or be willing to obtain Police check + NDIS
