**Sales Admin & Support Officer**:

**About the Role**

We’re looking for a Sales Admin & Support Officer to join our friendly team in Heidelberg West on a part-time basis (approx. 20-30 hours per week).

You’ll play a key role in supporting our sales and customer service team with the smooth running of daily operations.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Create and process customer quotes
- Handle customer and order enquiries (phone & computer based)
- Manage special orders for NDIS, DVA, and TAC customers

**What We’re Looking For**
- Previous experience in a sales admin or customer service support role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an empathetic approach to customer service
- High level of computer literacy, with experience in data entry and CRM/ERP systems (experience with Salesforce, Odoo, or similar is highly regarded)
- Friendly, positive, and professional attitude
- Willingness to learn and grow with the business
