Key Outcomes and Accountabilities
Assist the Senior Lead, Resolution Services in managing the day-to-day operations of the team [please refer to the Position Description regarding this].
Manage complex and/or sensitive cases at the direction of the Senior Lead and Manager Resolution Services.
Cultivate relationships with stakeholders and partnership approaches to achieving QBCC's aims.
Contribute to the ongoing review and development of QBCC's operation and performance.
Represent QBCC in promotional and educational activities and before the tribunal and courts.
Undertakes objective, systematic analysis and draws accurate conclusions based on Takes personal responsibility for meeting objectives and progressing work.
Manage relationships, stakeholder partnerships and problem solve to achieve innovation and deliver and promote quality customer service.
Responds in a positive and flexible manner to Shares information with others and adapts to a changing environment. Demonstrates self-awareness and a commitment to personal development.
