We are a growing nationwide pest control company looking for a motivated and results focused operations assistant to help dealing with day-to-day office admin tasks with the role eventually developing into a more senior position. You would be working both from home and our small office dependent on the required tasks.

**Responsibilities**:

- Taking orders and arranging uniforms/materials to be sent out to technicians
- Ordering and arranging various supplies
- Set up of new technicians
- Tracking and monitoring tech jobs vs expenses
- Arranging branding
- GMB set up, monitoring, and management
- Assisting in editing/amending/revamping documents and websites
- Event planning
- Helping the director with daily admin tasks

**Job Qualifications**:

- Tertiary qualification preferable but not essential. (Students welcome to apply)
- 1-2 years’ experience in an office role preferable.
- Proficiency in computers.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Positive, high-energy attitude.
- Results driven.
- Strong organisational, communication, and time-management skills.
- Ability to handle pressure and quickly shift focus from one task to another.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact effectively with a wide range of people.
