As an **Assistant Clinic Manager **with Laser Clinics Prahran, you are passionate about leading and developing your team to success. Your role will be to provide expert hands-on treatments to clients, plan and deliver technical training and assist with clinic management duties.

**Your Responsibilities**:

- Coaching, supporting and mentoring your team
- Onboarding and inducting new team members
- Developing and fostering a positive, high-performance culture
- Skin, laser, and Skinstitut product expert
- Upskilling your team in specialist product knowledge
- Providing outstanding customer service to clients
- Assisting in clinic operations such as rostering, banking, end of day procedures, stocktake
- Performing Laser Hair Removal and Advanced Laser, Skin & Body Treatments
- Assessing and tracking clinic and individual training needs and performing monthly staff performance reviews
- Planning and delivering technical training to business and therapists requirements
- Ensuring the team are sufficiently skilled to perform treatments

**Your Background/ Qualifications**:

- Demonstrated experience as a successful Experienced/Senior Therapist
- Superior customer service and retail skills with a focus on achieving sales targets
- Management and Training experience highly regarded
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to drive a positive team culture
- Advanced Laser and skin treatments experience is desirable
- Highly motivated with a can-do attitude

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
