We are looking for a **motivated and organised Leader**with a passion for food and a flair for leading a team. In this role, you’ll oversee all aspects of store operations — from managing staff and ensuring smooth service, to maintaining kitchen standards and stock control. You’ll gain hands-on experience across every part of the store, understanding what it takes to run a busy kebab shop efficiently.

**What You’ll Be Doing**
- Leading and motivating crew members (front counter + kitchen).
- Training, coaching, and developing new staff to lift performance.
- Managing stock levels, ordering, rosters, and cash handling.
- Driving store performance through **P&L accountability, labour costs, and sales targets**.
- Monitoring KPIs (speed, service quality, cost control, waste).
- Keeping the restaurant clean, safe, and compliant with food safety & OH&S standards.
- Rolling up your sleeves — whether it’s on the grill, POS, or dish station — and leading by example.

- Prior hospitality or quick-service leadership experience **(supervisor, team leader, ARM)**:

- Reliable, cool under pressure, and sharp with time management
- Strong customer focus — you set the tone for great service
- Team player who leads with energy and respect
- Solid work ethic and a knack for solving problems on the go
- Previous success in meeting KPI’s
- Strong financial and commercial acumen, with the ability to identify sales and P&L opportunities and collaborate on actionable strategies with the team

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $60,000.00 - $67,000.00 per year
