Add on Services Pty Ltd seeks a full-time Office Manager to join our team.

We seek an applicant who:

- Is an Australian citizen or Australian PR
- Possesses a qualification comparable to an AQF Diploma or higher
- Practical experience in an administrative role
- Excellent knowledge of software packages
- Ability to organize and control office functions and resources
- Is skilled in managing administrative systems
- Experience in supervising office personnel

The role on offer is a long-term position, and will sit within an established team, with long-term goals and new opportunities on the horizon.

Your tasks and duties in the kitchen will include:

- contributing to the planning and review of office services, and setting priorities and office service standards
- allocating human resources, space and equipment
- assigning work to and monitoring work performance of staff and sub-contractors
- managing records and accounts of the office
- liaising with trade professionals to coordinate office business and to facilitate resolution of problems
- ensuring office equipment and supplies are maintained
- ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations
- ensuring work complies with relevant government legislation, policies and procedures
- coordinating personnel activities such as hiring, promotions, performance management, payroll, training and supervision

You must have qualifications equivalent to Advanced Diploma or Associate Degree in business, commerce, or a related field, with a major in management.

Pay: $86,000.00 per year
