**What’s the role?**

The primary purpose of this role is to lead, motivate, and coach team members to deliver exceptional service.

Your leadership will drive team performance to meet objectives, including service levels, productivity and quality. By fostering a high-performance culture, you will motivate and reward staff using a variety of tools and techniques. You will also identify and lead continuous improvement opportunities to streamline and enhance current business processes. Building deep relationships with our customers, business partners, and the community will be a key focus.

This is a full-time position based at our Parramatta office. A hybrid working arrangement is available after training and working hours are from 8:30am - 5pm, Monday-Friday, with some flexibility around start/finish times.

**What do I need?**

To be successful in the role you will need the following:

- Banking/finance background desirable
- Strong understanding of risk awareness, compliance and legislative requirements
- Ability to adapt and demonstrate a flexible and agile mindset
- Excellent problem solving and time management skillsStrong communication skills (interpersonal, verbal and written)
