**Site Administrator**

**Start: ASAP**

**Dates: 6-month contract, potential for extension**

**Rate: $35 - $45 per hour + super**

**Location: Williamtown**

**Hours: 40 hours per week, Mon - Fri**

**Your new company**

HAYS has partnered with an organisation in Newcastle/Hunter region who works in the construction industry. We are looking for an experienced Project or Site Administrator with a can-do attitude to join the team

**Your new role**

As a Site Administrator, you will be responsible for:

- Assisting with the induction process for staff and contractors, including maintaining database with current training information and compliance documents.
- Reviewing contractor timesheets and expenses
- Meeting organisation, including taking and distributing meeting minutes.
- Raising and receipting purchase orders
- Document management, including filing, and maintaining updated project documentation, maintaining equipment registers.
- Making travel arrangements and bookings for staff
- Weekly and monthly reporting
- General site/office maintenance and upholding WHS requirements and procedures at all times.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Previous experience in a site or project administration role
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills, ability to work collaboratively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisational and data management skills
- Ability to work on site construction rosters.
- Great technical skills, including experience using Microsoft Suite
- Strong decision-making skills and understanding of risk mitigation.
- Hold a current Driver's Licence
