Are you passionate about customer service? Do you get job satisfaction through supporting others? With no two days the same, this role will see you delivering customer service to a high standard and assisting our internal stakeholders to ensure needs are met in our Brisbane Office.
This is a great opportunity to gain exposure to a professional law firm, get involved a variety of office tasks and play a key role in supporting our high performing teams.
This role is about your ability to engage with the whole office, learn new tasks and work as part of a team.
The Brisbane office culture is described as fun, friendly and professional. The Office Services team work extremely well together to ensure the office runs smoothly and a high level of customer service is provided to our teams.
**The Role**
- Ensuring exceptional staff and client experience
- Assisting with meeting room and function/event set up and pack up
- Attending to external rounds involving the lodgement of documents at various Court and Government Departments
- Assisting with new starter onboarding
- Closing and archiving legal files
- Maintaining kitchen and stationary stock levels
- Invoice reconciliation
- Relief reception and telephone duties
- Relief administrative duties for lawyers
- Ad hoc projects and tasks as needed
We provide excellent on the job training for all duties involved in your role with us. To get you off to a successful start you will need to demonstrate:
- Previous experience in a customer service/office environment
- A positive and pro-active 'can do' attitude
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- An ability to take initiative, with a process improvement mindset
- Sound technological skills including MS Office suite and other office systems/equipment
