**The role**:
As an enthusiastic and passionate Store Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a collaborative and positive team culture, communicating our brand vision, driving store results and developing strong relationships with clients.

Having a client-centric mindset, with a can-do attitude, will see you succeed and flourish in this role. You will also need to demonstrate your strong communication and interpersonal skills, attention to detail and your love for working in retail.

**You**:
As an optimistic individual, with a can-do attitude, your enthusiasm for customer service and passion for retail will serve you well in this dynamic role. You will also be required to demonstrate a service mindset, drive the sales and growth of the business with your business acumen, have strong attention to detail and be able to develop meaningful relationships with your team and customers through your outstanding interpersonal communication skills.

**Skills and Experience**:
Having previous experience in high-end retail is highly preferred. You must have at least 2 years previous experience in supervising a team of at least 5. You will also need to have a strong sense of retail operations and a good understanding of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
