We have a strong customer base and have been serving happy customers from our Camberwell store for over 9 years. Shoppers warmly embrace the ambience, great customer service and fantastic products they find when visiting our store and keep returning time and time again. We are pleased to announce the opening of our second store in Melbourne's historic Royal Arcade.

We are seeking staff for both our new CBD location which will be opening soon. Training will be provided at Camberwell.

**The Role**

You will be an experienced and customer focused retail sales manager or supervisor and you will take full control of the day to day shop floor operation. This role sits at the very core of the Paper Republic customer experience.

**What you would do**

The main things you would do include:

- Greeting customers to the store and ensure they have a positive in-store visit coupled with a seamless POS experience
- Shop floor inventory management - We carry thousands of SKUs so this is a key responsibility
- Ensure internal processes and communication between departments match the needs of a rapidly growing small business
- Oversee daily deliveries and accurate processing of inbound stock
- Ensure daily targets & other KPIs are met
- Assist with social media campaigns
- Ensure the store is immaculately presented at all times
- Maintain positive relations with suppliers

**How can I tell if this is for me?**
- Exceptional presentation and communication skills
- Consultative selling approach
- Previous retail store management or supervisory experience
- Familiarity with cloud based POS and inventory management systems (Lightspeed & Vend experience highly regarded)
- Ability to multi-task and delegate in a busy retail environment
- Attention to detail and accuracy with numbers
- Familiarity with social media platforms regarded but not necessary
- Ability to gift wrap items for customers
- Physically active role (we have stairs)
- Smart casual dress code

This particular role is at a new store and therefore training will commence at the Camberwell store. Open to both experienced store managers and those who have supervisor/2IC experience looking to grow into a store manager role. Renumeration may vary according to level of experience.

**Salary**: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
