4 days a week role.

**Your areas of responsibility include**:

- Conduct open homes on Saturdays (you must be available to work Saturdays)
- Conduct private buyer inspections as required
- Follow up OFI attendees
- Daily prospecting calls
- Follow up weekly contact with buyers
- Liaise with the Team Leader on a daily basis
- Create appraisal opportunities
- Co-ordinate and conduct pest and building inspections
- Co-ordinate and conduct pre-settlement inspections
- Data entry & Database management
- General office and administration support
- Must have a current Certificate of Registration or willing to obtain one or Real Estate Licence
- Must have current Driver's Licence
- Previous experience in Real Estate preferred but not essential, with ongoing training provided
- Immaculately presented and well groomed
- Be at team player with high energy

- Possess a strong work ethic, self-belief, confidence and a positive can do attitude
- The ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic and high achieving environment
- The ability to communicate well and start relationships with prospective clients
