**The role**

As the Executive Assistant to the Chief Information Officer, you'll be the linchpin in managing priorities, streamlining communication, and ensuring the seamless flow of operations. You’ll handle high-level administrative responsibilities, from coordinating schedules and financial tasks to preparing strategic documents that support decision-making. With discretion and efficiency, you'll facilitate strong relationships with stakeholders and keep projects on track.

Balancing a fast-paced environment with ever-changing demands, you'll need to navigate tight deadlines, shifting priorities, and confidential matters with professionalism and agility. Whether tackling urgent requests or optimizing workflows, your ability to stay adaptable and resourceful will be key to keeping the Digital Information Office running smoothly.
