**THE OPPORTUNITY**
The primary purpose of this role is to work closely with Australian Apprenticeship Support Network (AASN) providers and employers to support new student enrolment and onboarding activity and achieve apprenticeship enrolment targets aligned with helping employers meet their apprenticeship and traineeship needs within the assigned region.
In addition to helping to enrol new students, this role will work with our employer solutions team to help to identify employment opportunities (apprenticeship and traineeship positions) for our students through the implementation of business-to-business contact strategies.
This role will be based in our Tweed Heads office, with flexibility for remote working as agreed.
We are seeking a motivated and experienced individual who has a keen eye for detail, high level customer service skills and holds a good working knowledge of supporting apprenticeship students and employers towards an apprentice’s successful graduation.
**Key Tasks include**:

- Communicating (as required) with students, employers, group training organisations, parents, and apprenticeship centres in relation to training opportunities, student training activity, and the progress of students undertaking an apprenticeship or traineeship;
- Ensuring the accurate and efficient use of Salesforce, VETenrol and VETtrak is occurring to register and enrol students;
- Maximizing business development and enrolment conversion by implementing strategies to ensure effective student enrolment occurs;
- Providing accurate qualification and enrolment advice and support to a variety of internal and external stakeholders with this primarily completed over the phone;
- Developing reports that will aid in making informed decisions about student training activity within the RTO.
**About you**:
This role will suit those who have previous apprentice support, AASN, or RTO student services or business development experience and who have worked within an RTO or similar business supporting students and ideally apprentices and trainees towards their success.
It will be important that the successful applicant can create and foster close working relationships with all key staff within the team. To do this they will be a good communicator, energetic approach and have a 'can-do' attitude.
**Skills, Experience & Qualifications**:

- Ability to meet ASQA Fit & Proper persons requirements;
- Strong data quality and administration experience, including a proven record of meeting and exceeding targets/KPIs;
