Our vibrant contact centre in Tweed Heads South is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join us as Sales and Acquisition Officers

The Role:

  • Handling of high volume of inbound & outbound calls with potential clients, carers &
  • Onboarding new clients with services to assist them in their day to day lives from various federal government funded schemes.
  • Using virtual technology to ensure clients can have assistance commence ASAP
  • Working in a positive & rewarding team environment
  • Use a variety of high-level phone communication skills to deliver genuinely respectful caller engagement, including active listening, information gathering, problem solving.
  • Strive to meet and exceed sales targets by effectively communicating the benefits of Feros Care's services and securing new client enrolments.

About You:

  • You remain calm and composed during busy periods.
  • You are customer-focused and excel at finding win-win solutions to resolve issues.
  • You have previous experience in a customer service or contact centre environment.
  • You possess well-developed communication skills & high level of computer literacy.
  • You have a proven track record in sales and consistently meet or exceed KPIs.
  • You are driven by targets and motivated to achieve sales goals.

The Benefits:

  • Salary on offer $59,707 per annum ($30.21 per hour) plus 11.5% super
