About the role

Other responsibilities:
- Customer relationship management- Responding to all customer enquiries in a timely manner- Issue resolution and problem solving- Contribute to continuous improvement initiates

About you- Demonstrated experience within a similar role i.e., Customer Service, hospitality.- Must have experience in SAP or M3 systems with good computer skills in MS Suite- Excellent communication skills and high-level attention to detail- Ability to work autonomously whilst collaborating within a team- Solid work ethics and key contributor
