About the role

We currently are looking for a Group Continuous Improvement Leader to provide business level expertise to identify improvement opportunities and work with sites to reduce waste. Responsible for the leadership, implementation and acceleration of sustainable performance and practice improvements across the end-to-end supply chain. A key part of this role is to provide top-down analysis on problem solving. You will need to support cost improvement initiative across all our sites nationally. As well as looking to lead operational analysis to improve processes and ultimately increase profit.

**Responsibilities**:
- Provide leadership to cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process optimization and value creation.- Support the development of loss and waste strategy aligned with the Continuous Improvement framework.- Project management of strategic initiatives and change projects related to value creation, governance, and capabilities.- Identify improvement initiatives and solutions and manage their implementation within the business.- Coach and mentor team members at all levels on continuous improvement principles and practices.

About you- Exposure to Project Management and experience with conducting Business Analysis/Process Reviews.- Operational improvement experience - process driven and data oriented.- Strong problem-solving skills - ability to evaluate the business and processes to provide highly efficient solutions.- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills - ability to manage multiple levels of stakeholders and develop rapport.- Ability to adapt and work with ambiguity - can navigate themselves in grey areas.- Exposure to Lean Six Sigma principles highly regarded- Experience in Process / Industrial engineering highly regarded
