**Automotive Pre-Delivery Manager - Sydney**

**To be considered for this position, you will need to be able to demonstrate the following skills and expertise**:

- Manage and lead a large team of staff in all facets of the day-to-day operations of the Pre-delivery department
- Effectively plan and arrange the efficient and timely delivery of all new vehicles while ensuring the departments output is of the highest quality.
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal stakeholders
- Conduct regular toolbox meetings and employee engagement activities
- Ensure ongoing participation in Manufacturer training programs
- Proactively monitor WHS Standards
- Meet all Manufacturer and internal based targets

**Skills & Experience**
- Comprehensive knowledge of vehicle service operations
- Very effective leadership skills
- Strong interpersonal, communication and organisational skills
- Ability to handle high pressure situations
- Ability to multitask
- Able to liaise with management, staff, customers and contractors
- Good mechanical aptitude
- Sound computer skills
- Current driver's license
