4x4 & Light Vehicle Trainee Fitter – Suttons Chullora

We're on the lookout for an enthusiastic and motivated Trainee Fitter to join our team at Suttons Chullora.

In this hands-on role, you'll learn how to install, fit, and maintain a wide range of accessories and modifications on 4x4s and light vehicles — gaining skills that will set you up for a rewarding career in the automotive industry.

About the Role

As a Trainee Fitter, you'll:

  • Learn to professionally install a wide range of genuine and aftermarket accessories such as tow bars, bull bars, windshields, roof racks, platforms, and reverse sensors.
  • Work across six new car franchises, gaining exposure to the latest products and technology the industry has to offer.
  • Experience the variety of a large Pre-Delivery Department, where no two days are the same.

About You

We're looking for someone who:

  • Has a genuine interest in the 4x4 and accessory industry – no prior experience needed
  • Holds a current driver's licence and is an Australian permanent resident.
  • Is reliable, hardworking, and eager to learn from experienced professionals.
  • Shows great attention to detail and takes pride in maintaining a clean workspace.
  • (Bonus) Has any previous automotive or trade-related experience.
