We are looking for an experienced **Material** **Master Data Specialist **to join our Engineering team on a part-time permanent basis.

Reporting to the **PMO & Portfolio Manager,** the **Material Master Data Specialist **will be responsible for:

- Receiving Engineering Change Orders requests (ECO) and obtaining approvals from all departments to enact those changes.
- Check that forms are correctly filled out and are accompanied by relevant attachments before proceeding to circulate for approvals.
- Engineering Parts creations and maintenance AUS & NZ.
- Releasing Electronics, Mechanical, Software MOMs and parts.
- Responsible for the accurate data entry pertaining to ECO into the organisation’s ERP.
- Maintaining records and documentation to satisfy ISO 9001 requirements.
- Distribution of control documentation across relevant departments and stakeholders for approval.
- Setting up new project codes in Epicor and PDLC system.
- Creating new drawing numbers.
- Raising Engineering purchase orders, obtaining approval from relevant manager and processing the invoices through accounts payable.
- Optimising and improving processes and the overall approach where necessary.
- Any other duties as directed.

**To be successful in this role you will have the following qualifications and experience**
- Experience in ERP Material Master data highly desirable and Epicor experience preferred.
- Experience in consumer Electronics industry preferred.
- Manufacturing industry experience highly desirable
- Engineering or Technical background preferred but not critical
- Attention to detail a must
- Excellent time management skills.
- Strong communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in change order process highly desirable.
- Self-starter with good self-management skills.
- Enjoy working with a collaborative team and in a technically challenging environment.
