We are looking for a **Production Line Feeder** to join our Production division. Reporting to the Supervisor - Packaging Operations, the Production Line Feeder's responsibilities will be: - To collect all picked raw materials from warehouse designated area and distribute it to Production departments. - Maintain assembly line fully loaded with all requirements daily to maintain continue operation of the line and prevent any downtime. - To prepare and send back to warehouse excess stock after production batches are finished. - To put stock away as directed - Maintain supply of parts from storage bays onto the manufacturing floor - Maintain constant communication with manufacturing team leaders and supervisors - Checking / confirming quantities of picked parts are correct and assist investigating variances. - Organising picked parts into the storage bays and manufacturing floor with the aid of pallet jacks - Labelling of containers used for raw materials on the manufacturing floor. - Assist with production stocktake as required. To be **successful** in these roles, you will need to meet the following criteria: - Clear communicator - written and verbal - Will be required to operate materials handling equipment - Efficiency in working in a Team Environment - May be required to assist with other Warehouse functions from time to time - Manual handling Training - Minimum 1-2 year experience in a similar role - High Reach Forklift Licence (desirable - not a necessity) Physical Demands - Frequent lifting of cartons up to 16kg - Occasional lifting of cartons up to 28kg (using trolley equipment or 2 person lifting) - Frequent bending, reaching, standing, and walking - Occasional sitting - Maneuvering pallets using pallet trucks or goods on trolleys - Balancing competing demands and shifting priorities - Safety awareness / ensuring proper manual handling practices are utilised Job Environment - 7.30am - 4:15pm (Monday - Thursday) 7.30am - 12.30pm (Friday) - Smoke-free environment - Use of Automated Time Keeping system - Steel Cap Safety Boots and High Visibility vests must be worn at all times when working in the warehouse We are looking for the best of the best; if you have read this advert you suit the criteria but more importantly, if the opportunity resonates with you please do not hesitate to **"APPLY NOW"** with your CV.
