Our client is the largest nationwide and most diverse manufacturer of building materials.

**Reporting directly to the Manager on site, your main duties will include**:

- Scheduling deliveries to meet customers’ needs and requirements across NSW- Managing the daily delivery schedule to ensure maximum deliveries are achieved whilst complying with COR legislation- Producing and uploading delivery dockets to our Transport Management System- Communicating with the customer and sales team when issues arise on site to resolve the issue;- Providing advice to internal and external customers on the best delivery method for their delivery
- Assist with customer service duties, including supporting the sales team as required

**Essential Experience and Required Qualifications**:

- Strong time management, administration and organisational skills.- Computer literacy (Word and Excel).- Excellent attention to detail.- Ability to complete multiple tasks with varying levels of priority.
- Willingness to be a team player and support various areas of the business when required.
