**About the role**

We're looking for a Transport Allocator to join our SA Transport Cluster, based at our Regency Park Distribution Centre.

You’ll play a key role in keeping our delivery operations running smoothly — allocating drivers, planning routes, and ensuring every piece of equipment gets to its destination safely, efficiently, and on time.

Your day will include:

- Allocating drivers for deliveries and pickups across SA
- Managing driver schedules, rest breaks and Chain of Responsibility (CoR) compliance
- Coordinating contract driver bookings and requirements
- Overseeing vehicle servicing and maintenance schedules
- Finalising hire schedules, purchase orders and documentation
- Communicating clearly with branches, drivers and customers
- Promoting safety and professionalism in every interaction

**About You**

You’re a natural organiser who thrives in a fast-paced logistics or transport environment. You’re tech-savvy, calm under pressure and love making things run like clockwork.

You’ll bring:

- Experience in transport allocation, dispatch, fleet coordination or logistics
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- A solid understanding of CoR and driver compliance
- Experience with TMS / GPS tracking systems
- A proactive, “can-do” attitude and commitment to safety
