**About the Role**

We are seeking a motivated and confident **Sales Representative / Junior Business Development Specialist** to join our team in Ringwood, Victoria. This part-time role offers a fantastic opportunity to grow your sales skills, contribute to business development efforts, and earn commissions and bonuses for your success.

As part of a small, dynamic team, you will report to the Senior Business Development Manager and play a vital role in driving sales, cultivating relationships, and identifying opportunities for growth.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Lead Generation & Cultivation**:

- Proactively find and cultivate new leads through research, networking, and outreach.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
- **Sales Generation**:

- Handle both inbound and outbound phone calls with professionalism.
- Close sales deals and meet or exceed sales targets.
- **Business Development**:

- Identify and explore new business opportunities to expand the company’s reach.
- Provide insights on market trends and customer needs to inform business strategy.
- **Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and progress in the CRM.
- Provide regular reports and updates to the Senior Business Development Manager.

**About You**

To succeed in this role, you’ll bring:

- **Sales Experience**: Proven experience in sales, business development, or a similar role, with a track record of meeting sales targets.
- **Confidence & Initiative**: A proactive attitude, confidence in presenting products, and the ability to build rapport quickly.
- **Organisational Skills**: Ability to manage time effectively, prioritise tasks, and maintain accurate records.
