What are we looking for?

We have a fantastic opportunity in our Ringwood office for a Junior or experienced Legal Assistant to join our Medical Law team. The role is a full time opportunity however we are open to discussions regarding flexible work arrangements.

This role will have you responsible for providing one on one administrative support to our busy team, with ongoing training and development. Daily duties will include:

- File administration
- Diary management
- Liaising with medical professionals and other lawyers;
- Liaising with clients on a daily basis with sensitivity and empathy
- Generating and drafting letters and other correspondence
- Compiling court documents

What you will bring?
- Experience with Microsoft office suite
- Outstanding communication and customer service
- Excellent attention to detail
- Demonstrated organisational skills and the ability to multi-task
- Ability to work autonomously as well as in a team environment
- A willingness to learn
- A diploma and/or experience in the legal field will be highly regarded but not essential.
