Are you ready to step into your corporate career? Finishing or just finished tertiary education and ready start working? You’re an Excel whiz and ready to showcase your capability?

A fantastic opportunity presents for an enthusiastic Entry-Level **Purchasing Officer** to join our team based at **Greystanes,** for a 7-month fixed term contract. Providing exceptional level of service to all customers, this role will see you supporting our Global Supply Planner.

You will be responsible for Data Entry, Excel data management and usage, Scanning document into PDF files, preparing and creating invoices, cross-referencing information and being across things such as customs clearances.

This high-paced role will appreciate your tenacity, accurateness, wanting to get the job done and assistance.

**Important to Your Success**:

- Completing or completed a tertiary degree in Business or Commerce highly desirable
- Ability to influence and communicate at all levels
- High attention to detail and the ability to be analytical
- Ability to work in a fast - paced high pressure environment
- Solid Microsoft Excel skills
