**Your role**:
The full time Executive Assistant to the CEO at Anglicare Victoria is a key member of this dynamic, supportive and passionate team working to better the lives of disadvantaged Victorians.
**The skills you will use day to day**:
- To support CEOs and senior executives.
- Be Pro-active, highly organised and flexible approach.
- To coordinate meetings for Executive Group and Central Office Directors.
- To prepare agenda, collate papers, and take minutes for Executive Group and Central Office Directors.
- To serve as a representative of the CEO’s office, embodying the CEO’s strong connection to the organisation’s values and goals.
- To foster an open-door policy, welcoming communication and feedback from all levels of the organisation.
- To demonstrate exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- To cultivate a collaborative working environment, using highly developed interpersonal skills and a down to earth collaborative working style.
- To effectively manage competing priorities, anticipating needs and organising tasks to ensure optimal outcomes for the CEO and the executive team

- You can expect a total remuneration package of around $130,000.
- Salary packaging is available up to $15,900 plus an entertainment card.

We will conduct a 2 stage interview process. First interviews week of the 27th May. 2nd interview with the CEO week commencing 3rd June.
